This page lists every public page on Pearltee in one place and explains how the store is organised, so you can jump straight to what you need. The list directly below updates automatically as pages, categories and products are added. Further down, you will find a short guide to each part of the site: what it covers, when it is useful and where to go next.

How Pearltee is organised

Pearltee has four main areas. The shop is where you browse and buy T-shirts, arranged by theme. The size and product information helps you choose the right size before you order. The customer support pages cover delivery, tracking, changes, returns and refunds. The company pages explain who we are, how we handle your information and the rules for using the site. Every page in the site footer appears in the list above, and the footer is split into the same two groups you see here: Company and Customer Support.

The shop

Start at Shop All to see every design in the store, or go straight to a theme. The category bar at the top of every page, just below the search box, links to each theme with one click, and on phones it scrolls sideways. Each category page opens with a short introduction that explains the theme and gives sizing and delivery tips relevant to it.

Categories and what they contain

  • Funny: puns, one-liners and everyday humour, the most popular choice for gifts between friends and coworkers.
  • Vintage & Retro: designs with faded palettes, sunset stripes and old-school lettering, for a broken-in look.
  • Animals: cats, dogs, birds and wild animals, from clean illustrations to playful character art.
  • Music: instruments, vinyl and cassette art and rehearsal humour, all original artwork rather than band merchandise.
  • Sports: designs about running, fishing, golf, weekend leagues and sideline life, without league or club logos.
  • Holidays: seasonal designs, with dedicated sections for Halloween and Christmas.
  • Family & Occasions: shirts for reunions, birthdays, new parents, grandparents and group trips.
  • Outdoors: mountains, lakes, campfires, trails and night skies.

Categories appear in the automatic list at the top of this page once they have designs available. Every design in every category comes in sizes S to 5XL on the same unisex cut, so you can mix themes freely in one order.

Searching the shop

Know what you are looking for? Use the search box in the header on desktop, or the magnifying glass icon on phones and tablets. Try a theme (“camping”, “cat”, “Halloween”) or a word you remember from a design. If a search finds nothing, try a shorter or more general word, or browse the closest category.

Choosing a size

The Size Guide is the most useful page to read before ordering. It lists chest and length measurements for every size from S to 5XL, in inches and centimeters, and explains how to measure a T-shirt you already own and compare. It also covers choosing between two sizes, buying sizes for gifts and groups, and how to wash a shirt so the fit and print last. Product pages link to the Size Guide next to the size options.

Your account, cart and checkout

  • My Account: sign in, create an account, see your order history, update saved addresses and reset your password. An account is optional; guest checkout always works.
  • Cart: review the designs, sizes and quantities you have chosen, apply a discount code and see your total with free shipping.
  • Checkout: reached from the cart. Enter your details and a shipping address in the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, choose a payment option and place your order.

The cart and checkout are private pages for your current session, so they do not appear in the list at the top of this page.

Customer support pages

These pages answer almost every question about getting your order and what to do if something is not right. They are listed in the Customer Support column of the footer.

  • Help Center: the starting point for support, with a summary of every topic, quick answers and links to the detailed pages.
  • FAQs: short answers to the most common questions, grouped into orders, shipping, returns and refunds, products and sizing, gifts, payments and accounts.
  • Order Tracking: look up an order with your order number and email, learn what each status means and what to do if a parcel is late, lost or damaged.
  • Shipping & Delivery: free shipping to four countries, 1–3 business days to pack, usually 3–7 business days in transit, plus address changes, customs and lost parcels.
  • Cancel or Change an Order: how to cancel or change sizes, designs, quantities or the address free of charge within 24 hours, before an order ships.
  • Returns & Exchanges Policy: the 60-day return window, how to start a return, who pays postage and how size exchanges work.
  • Refund Policy: when you are refunded, how much, where the money goes and the 7-calendar-day refund timeline.
  • DMCA: how to report material you believe infringes your copyright, and how counter-notices work.
  • Intellectual Property Policy: who owns the designs and content on the site, permitted uses and how to report trademark or other concerns.

Company pages

These pages are listed in the Company column of the footer.

  • About Us: what Pearltee sells, why the size run goes to 5XL, how designs are chosen and our customer promise.
  • Privacy Policy: what personal information we collect, how it is used and shared, cookies, and your privacy rights.
  • Terms of Service: the agreement for using the site and buying from Pearltee.
  • Payment Methods: paying in US dollars, when you are charged, payment security and what to do if a payment is declined.
  • Contact Us: how to reach our team, what to include in a message and where to find answers fast.
  • Sitemap: this page.

Using the site on a phone

On phones, the main menu sits behind the “Shop” icon with three lines at the top left of the header. It contains every category, including the Halloween and Christmas sections under Holidays, plus links to the Size Guide, Help Center, Order Tracking, About and Contact. The cart icon is at the top right. The category bar under the header scrolls sideways, and every page in this sitemap is also linked from the footer at the bottom of each page.

Suggested routes through the site

Buying your first Pearltee shirt

Browse a category from the bar under the header, open a design you like, then check the Size Guide before choosing a size. Skim Shipping & Delivery for the delivery estimate to your country, and you are ready to check out. After ordering, the tracking link arrives by email, and Order Tracking explains every status you might see.

Organising shirts for a group

Choose one design, share the Size Guide with the group so everyone can measure a T-shirt they own, and collect the sizes. Read Cancel or Change an Order so you know the 24-hour window for corrections, then place one order with every size. If the event has a fixed date, check the timetable on the shipping page, or ask us through Submit a Ticket before ordering.

Ordering from Canada, Australia or New Zealand

Shipping is free to your country too. Read the customs section of Shipping & Delivery, because orders ship from the USA and your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Prices and refunds are in US dollars, which Payment Methods explains. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy gives you the same 60 days as US customers.

Sorting out a problem

Start with the Help Center, which has a table of common situations and what to do about each one. Damaged or wrong items, late parcels and refunds each have their own section in the relevant policy, and a ticket with your order number and photos will usually be solved in one reply.

What each kind of page is for

Policy pages, such as Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges, Refund Policy and Cancel or Change an Order, are the definitive source for our numbers and commitments, and every one starts with a short summary box. Help pages, such as the Help Center, FAQs, Order Tracking and Submit a Ticket, are practical guides that point back to those policies. Company pages describe who we are and the rules of the site. If two pages ever seem to disagree, the policy page applies, and we would be grateful if you told us so we can correct the other.

Navigating with a keyboard or screen reader

Every page starts with a “Skip to content” link, which appears when you press Tab and jumps past the header to the main content. Headings on every policy and help page follow a consistent order, so screen reader users can move between sections using heading navigation. The mobile menu opens and closes with the Shop button and can be closed with the Escape key. If anything is hard to reach, tell us at [email protected] and we will improve it.

For search engines

Search engines can find a machine-readable list of our public pages in our XML sitemap at /wp-sitemap.xml. It contains the same public pages as this human-readable sitemap. Pages that are only useful during a visit, such as the cart, checkout and account pages, are excluded, and so are categories that do not have any designs yet.

Keeping this page current

The automatic list at the top of this page updates as soon as a page or category is published, and the guide sections are reviewed whenever we add a new type of page. If you spot a broken link or something that is hard to find, let us know at [email protected] and we will fix it.
